V is a wonderful teacher always taking the time to help and encourage and show you all the options, she has been with me every step of my yoga journey from scarcely being able to do a forward fold to crow pose and beyond. I do her online morning class each week and have attended her day retreat and am booked on another. Oh and her granola is delicious!”
